This document is due to me no later than May 20th. -Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: The iReady AP3 diagnostic window runs from May 2nd to June 1st. Mr. Lazo will create a schedule for primary grades to complete the assessment in the computer lab and grades 3-5 to complete in their classrooms under the supervision of their teachers. -Ms. Quintero

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: As mentioned during the last faculty meeting, the building was built in the year 1956. I have put in work orders for the school to be painted on the inside. The AC units are very old as well, and workers were here last Friday to deliver new units. Electricians will have to come out to rewire the units for installation. Also, grades K-2 will be receiving new flat screen desktops this summer. -Mr. Lazo

Curriculum Issues: 54 math books have been rejected because they state to cover Critical Race Theory. There is a possibility of beginning the new school year without new books, however, we will be making copies if need be. -Mr. Lazo

Budget Reviews/ Updates
Our budget system opened today, so I am working on balancing the preliminary budget for 2023. I t seems we are ok, as there seems to be no surplus, sufficient monies for supplies, and no issues with supplements. - Mr. Lazo

Title I
Pre-K received a set of laptops from Title 1 and Fathers in Action Network will be hosting a technology course next Thursday via Zoom. – Ms. Rosario
