The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Mrs. King discussed ways to spend the EESAC monies ($5,221.90) for next school year. Last year the money was used to pay for temporary teachers. In addition, we can use 10% of the money for supplies.

It was agreed to use the money this year for substitute instructional personnel.

The next EESAC meeting will be held May 11, 2005 at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
