Call to Order
The EESAC meeting was called to order at 8:25 a.m. by Mrs. Tammy S. Edouard, Principal.
In Attendance: Mrs. Tammy S. Edouard, Dr. Angela Gayden, Ms. Constance Gilbert, Mrs. Latasha James-Bodie, Ms. Johana Morales, Mrs. Marilyn Morning, Pastor David Perez, Dr. Sharon Pottinger, Dr. Argentina Quick,Mrs. Mildreca Robinson, and Officer Regina Winfrey.

Mrs. Tammy S. Edouard welcomed all attendees.
Roll Call
Ms. Gilbert conducted roll call.
Mrs. Morning made a motion to revise the EESAC Sign-In Log to reflect non-members and it was seconded by Mrs. Bodie. Passed: Consensus
Dr. Quick made a motion to allow her absences to be excused from EESAC meetings while she is on special assignment, and it was seconded by Ms. Gilbert. Passed: Consensus
Mrs. Robinson requested to have a combination of morning and afternoon EESAC meeting times. She will create a survey and poll EESAC members and report results at next meeting.
Old Business
Ms. Gilbert made a motion to accept the December 19, 2022 minutes with noted changes and it was seconded by Dr. Gayden. Passed: Consensus

TALENTS Aftercare-school Program
•Start Date: November 17, 2022
•Program consists of Cooking and Math Infused Arts & Crafts
•Approximately six students and six children attend regularly
New Business
FL School Recognition Funds
School vote passed to divide the funds of $5,132.00 as follows:
•50% Admin and Teachers
•50% Non-Instructional Staff
Pastor David made a motion to accept the School Recognition Funds voted on by faculty and staff and it was seconded by Mrs. Morning. Passed: Consensus
School Attendance
Mrs. Edouard gave an overview of the following:
32 Students Enrolled and 2 students pending enrollment
28 Infants and Toddlers
Current average attendance 77.52%
Goal for January and February 80% set by district
Challenges:

EESAC Roster
On January 13, 2023 the educational support staff voted and re-elected the following:
Educational Support – Mrs. Marilyn Morning
Alternate Educational Support- Ms. Monace Mayweather
EESAC Funds
Mrs. Edouard shared out the following:
•Remaining Balance - $ 340.55
•Begin now to spend the funds
•Goal to purchase from approved small and minority businesses
Pastor David made a motion that we begin planning next year’s school theme so that remaining EESAC funds can be used towards preparation for next school year, and it was seconded by Officer Winfrey. Passed: Consensus.
Metamorphosis: Fifty & Fabulous
Mrs. Edouard thanked Pastor David, 3W Church-Dade Partner for sponsoring our holiday celebration and other activities throughout the year.
Student/Parent/Community Partner Input-N/A
Pastor David, 3W Church- Community Partner shared out the following:
•Sponsoring senior luncheon (Class of 2023)
•Transitional Housing Program available-One More Child Program provides free housing for single parent with a child.
Ms. Binett shared out fifteen (15) students showed an interest in financial literacy to open a bank account.
