• We did not have a Quorum. This was an only discussion meeting. There were no motions

Report Update:
• Winter Carnival January 18, 2024
• Track Team had a successful race. (Boys and Girls competed and received medals)
• CCMS was selected for Magnet School of Distinction.
• CCMS is working hard in becoming a STEAM Distinction School by Ms. Martyn.
Upcoming Events:
• Valentine’s Day Gala February 13, 2024
• 100 Day of School Event/ Dress like an old soul.
• Black History Door Decoration.
• Black History Block Party event.
2023 Mid-Year Discussion =/ Reflection
• Finished PM2 with a 95%.
• Comparing data from last to this year is pretty much the same.
• Minor improvements have been demonstrated.
• ESOL tutoring started.
• Waiting to fill an Interventionist spot for pull outs.
• Finished Plan for ELA.
• ELA teachers will be reinforcing those students in their classrooms.
• Intervention for math (TBA)
• Dr. Tejada will be coming in for pull outs and push in if no intervention is hired.
• FTE is coming up soon.
• Enforcing ID tags in January.
• Students will be given detentions for not following school rules: not wearing ID or proper uniforms.
