Meeting was called to order at 4:15 pm. We did not have a Quorum. This was a discussion only meeting. There were no motions
Principals Reports and Updates:
• Data was analyzed from PM 2. In Geometry we got 100%, In Algebra 1 we got 92%. The civics and science midyear tests are going on. The iready AP2 was also finished. Access for ELL testing is going on and the FSAA for ESE will also start soon. April 1-12 will be the writing assessment. and the FSA final will begin on May 1.
_ Math tutoring started before and after school
_ Reading/ ELA tutoring is being done via pullout and intervention during class time. 40 minute in class rotations- 20 mins teacher led and 20 mins via technology
_ There will be a Spring Break Academy for all students who want to attend in Civics, Math and Reading. There will be incentives for those who attend.
- The ID machine is back up and working.
- Black History month activities are going on such as a door decorating contest, Block party, luncheon, dress down and gallery walk
• Valentine’s Day Gala was a success on February 13, 2024
• 100 Day of School Event/ Dress like an old soul was celebrated.
- Q2 Honor Roll celebration is on Feb 22
- There is a parent night on Feb 28 for 8th graders going to Gradventure
- 3rd Floor CPL invited CCMS faculty and Staff to a Spa Day on March 1, 2024
• FTE was done and the enrollment is 600 students and we are looking at the same numbers for the next school year.

NEW BUSINESS:
-Attendance Boundaries were set and we were not affected
- 2023- 2024 SIP WAIVER RESULTS
The Alternate Supplement Model, Block Schedule and Waivers were discussed at and voted on at the faculty meeting on 2/13/2024. All waivers passed by 93% of faculty votes
- We saved about $5000 by eliminating supplements for Saturday School detention, Website coordinator and Social media coordinator.
