Compensation Waiver
Labor contract reviewed to add or delete supplements. Grade Level Chair supplement was added and increased 2 years ago. All supplements will stay the same at this time.

School Improvement Plan (SIP)
Mid-Year Reflection was completed to reflect on the progress of the School Improvement Plan (SIP). All action steps remain the same which include DI, collaborative planning, and science. Two additional action steps related to core instruction will be implemented before March.

RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Instructional review feedback was positive overall. Some adjustments are in the process of being finalized in some specific areas. Instructional adjustments and additional push-in support will be provided by in-house and ETO staff. -Mr. Lazo
Ms. Jerry questioned which teachers will be provided with ETO push-in support. Mr. Lazo explained that there is a plan in place and more information will be shared with specific teachers during data chats.
Data chats will be taking place on 02/16 to provide teachers with specific feedback from instructional review, instructional adjustments, and additional support. – Mr. Lazo

Open Forum/Discussion
iReady club to begin for 3rd-5th grade? -Ms. Jerry
iReady Club will be targeting bubble and proficient students. -Mr. Lazo

Budget Reviews/Updates
Preliminary budget conference for the 24-25 school year will be in May. -Mr. Lazo

Title I
Ms. Jerry questioned if home visits are made by Ms. Garcia for students who are continuously absent from school. Ms. Garcia confirmed that home visits are being made and explained the process.

New Business
No new business at this time.

Comments/Concerns:
The current Wida testing schedule is affecting the scheduled Spanish time for 5th grade. This causes Spanish to be cancelled. Intervention is scheduled during Spanish making it difficult to provide instruction to students in intervention and students who regularly go to Spanish. - Ms. Jerry
Dr. Galceran is the person who schedules Wida testing and will be made aware. She will work it out. – Mr. Lazo
