1. Call to order and establish quorum
2. Approved: Minutes from January 18, 2024 EESAC Meeting
3. Welcome to third EESAC meeting of the 23-24 school year.
4. Updates by Principal
a. 23-24 iReady and FAST Results to date discussed
i. iReady AP2 & PM2 results/data to date discussed
b. General Updates
i. K-5th grade- Letters of Intent were sent out to all current MAE students
ii. KG & 5th Grade Graduation
iii. School Climate Survey
iv. Career Day scheduled for May 21st
v. Parent and School Communication continues to be at the forefront
c. Enrollment status for the 24-25 school year overall projected enrollment 614
i. Based on current accepted applicants and student turnover status

5. Title I Funds
a. Mater Academy East Elem Loc. 3100: has spent allocated funds for this school year with the exception of salaries

a. Awarded: $14,693.00 including fringes

7. Updates by EESAC members
a. SIP Mid-Year review: The current SIP for Mater Academy East (Loc.3100) and Mater Academy East Prep (Loc. 7037) were reviewed by all EESAC members
i. Approved: No changes will be made to the 23-24 SIPs at this time
ii. Completed Mid-Year reflections
iii. Approved: Mid-year reflections
8. FSA Rewards Update
a. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2022-2023 school year. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
b. Funds were disbursed on April 23, 2024
