School Improvement Plan (SIP)
2024-2025 SIP approval and signature page. Instructional practices and subgroups under new percentage point system. Positive culture. Attendance incentives, in process of developing system for absences on Monday and Friday, as well as, leaving early. Attendance party, popsicles. – Mr. Lazo

RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Instructional Review: I.R. about a week ago, very positive. Minimal things that coaches are working with teachers. City Year is a great group, very involved.

RTI process: SSTs have started moving along, 17-20 upcoming cases. -Dr. Galceran
