Instructional Review: I.R. about a week ago, very positive. Always find things to fine tune. Minimal things that coaches are working with teachers. City Year is a great group, very involved. Strategies in place are DI and Gradual Release model. – Mr. Lazo
RTI process: Dr. Galceran continues going through cases.

School Recognition Funds Committee was created to handle. Mrs. Delgado has been assigned as Chairperson for the committee. - Mr. Lazo

Tier I - $1287.00 Administration, Instructional Staff, & Select Support Employees)
Tier II - $657.00 (Select office staff/Support Staff, School Clerk, Office Secretary, Head/Lead custodian, Cafeteria Manager, Security Staff, Reading Interventionists)
Tier III - $307.00 (Select Support Staff, Student Services, Part Time CIS, Part Time Custodians, Part Time Cafeteria Staff, ITS, Zone Mechanic, School Resource Officer, Paraprofessionals)
