School Improvement Plan (SIP) Updates
2024-2025 SIP: No new information to discuss currently. Plan is in place and moving forward. – Mr. Lazo
RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
RTI process: We continue going through cases. -Dr. Galceran
Leadership Team Reviews/Updates: Coaches and teachers continue working together to fine tune instructional reviews and getting ready for FAST PM2. Coaches continue to provide professional development opportunities through common planning and are having product reviews as well. – Mr. Lazo
Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: No updates at this time. - Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues: No updates at this time. – Dr. Galceran
Budget Reviews/Updates: We know funds are low, but we are managing our funds accordingly. – Mr. Lazo
Title I – Uploads are complete. – Dr. Galceran
New Business
5000 Role Model - Induction Ceremony completed. Fundraiser breakfast planned for January. – Ms. Welch
FAST PM2 incentives are in place. Students will be going to The Miami Dade County Youth Fair if they go up a level in grades 3-5. Students in K-2 will be invited to a school dance if they show growth on the assessment. – Mr. Lazo
