EESAC Waiver: Yearly EESAC waiver requirements. No changes or adjustments. Year before last, stipends when up. No more changes. Right now, no funds known as of yet. Will carry on from last year. � Mr. Lazo

School Improvement Plan (SIP): Updates
Mid-Year updated. Areas of priority still exist. IR priorities in SIP. Mid-Year reflection already sent to the district. � Mr. Lazo
RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates: SST deadline is coming in March possibly. � Mr. Lazo
Open Forum/Discussion:
� School Operations: Approved for two more laptop carts, K and first for next year. � Mr. Lazo
� Curriculum Issues: IR today was very positive. Provided good feedback that will be shared by coaches during common planning. Minimal but meaningful. Changes in Math: MTP and Dig Deeper questions, all students need to do them. Math wording not stuck on vocabulary. Key vocabulary in word problems. Critically thinking how to respond. These are just examples. Coaches will be providing more detailed information. Minor adjustments; strong, positive. Very pleased. � Mr. Lazo
Budget Reviews/Updates: Nothing to report. � Mr. Lazo
Title I: Ms. Garcia is working on Class Dojo for parents. � Mr. Lazo

5000 Role Model � Field Trip cancelled, will be made up later. Those doing good deeds will receive pin for tie. � Ms. Welch
