i. Kindergarten graduation took place on June 2 & 3, 2025 at Trail Theater
ii. 5th Grade Graduation took place on June 3rd, 2025 at Trail Theater
iii. School Climate surveys were completed by May 12, 2025
iv. Parent Communication continues to be at the forefront of our mission and vision.
v. Enrollment status for 25-26 school year overall projected enrollment: 600

a. May 23rd – Mother’s Day Celebration
b. May 29th – Kona Ice (During school day)
c. May 30th – In class award ceremony
d. June 2nd & 3rd – Graduation for Kinder and 5th Grade
e. June 2nd – June 5th – Early Release 12PM
f. June 5th – 11:30 AM Kona Ice & Last day of school
5. Title III Funds
a. Awarded: $13,785.00 including fringes

6. Updates by EESAC members
a. SIP EOY review completed and approved
b. Approved: No changes will be made to the 24-25 SIP at this time
c. STEM Updates at school – All grade levels have completed the 4th STEM 4.0 quarter projects, incorporating hands-on, project-based learning into all subjects. Novel projects have also been completed using STEM elements.
