6. Updates by EESAC members
a. Approved: No changes will be made to the 25-26 SIP at this time
b. STEM Updates at school - All grade levels have completed the second STEM 4.0 quarter projects, incorporating hands-on, project-based learning into all subjects. Novel projects have also been completed using STEM elements. All STEM photos/videos/and lesson plans should be updated for evidence by 1/20/26. Art club has been incorporating aspects of STEAM.
c. Partnership updates -
STEM Gardening-ongoing throughout the school year
Small Bites- Finished Session 1. Session 2 will begin before the end of the school year.
Common Threads- Session 1 to begin in January after funds have been approved.
STEM Robotics- Session 1 to begin in January after funds have been approved.
Dr.Mir Parent Workshop on January 15,2026.
7. FSA Rewards Update
a. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an "A" school for the 2024-2025 school year EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
