Call to Order
The EESAC meeting was called to order at 8:24 a.m. by Dr. Angela Gayden, EESAC Chair.
In Attendance: Ms. Sabrina Bayona, Ms. Nuris Binett, Ms. Natalie Cobbs, Mrs. Tammy Edouard, Dr. Angela Gayden, Ms. Constance Gilbert, Mrs. Marilyn Morning, Mr. David Perez, Mrs. Mildreca Robinson, and
SGA President.
Alternate Members present: Mrs. Brigette Moody, Ms. Patricia Johnson

The December 10, 2025, minutes were tabled until next EESAC meeting in February due to a technical delay.
SIP Updates/Review
Dr. Gayden shared the following:

School Recognition Funds Proposal
Dr. Gayden shared the following:
- Faculty and Staff vote results
- Majority voted for SRF proposal to distribute funds equally between all eligible faculty and staff
Mrs. Morning made a motion to accept the DMW COPE Center SRF proposal and Mrs. Robinson seconded.
The following EESAC members present voted in favor of the SRF proposal: Ms. Sabrina Bayona, Ms. Natalie Cobbs, Mrs. Tammy Edouard, Dr. Angela Gayden, Ms. Constance Gilbert, Mrs. Marilyn Morning, Mr. David Perez, Mrs. Mildreca Robinson, and SGA President. One EESAC member, Ms. Nuris Binett opposed.
School Activities Update
- Another student has successfully completed her Culinary Arts SERV Safe Certification Exam. Congratulations to Angelina Anduray and Ms. Binett, her teacher
- Students celebrated the holidays with many festive activities. We thank each of our Dade Partners and contributors for every gift for our girls and their babies!
- Ladies Going Green initiative collected 752 recyclable items for the month of December
- Ladies Going Green also had a guest speaker, our own Mr. Paz, who demonstrated how to recycle plastic bags into plastic yarn, used to make mats to support unhoused individuals

Mrs. Edouard thanked the following Dade Partners for their time, and holiday gifts for our students:

Westminster Christian School- Gift bags
Chamber of Mothers- Gift bags, and baby essentials
Dr. Angela Gayden adjourned the meeting at 8:51 a.m.
