Meeting Start:

· Meeting called to order at 4:21 P.M.

Minutes Review:

· Minutes approved without any corrections.

Principal Updates:

· Attendance dress downs have started and 6th graders have won the challenge each month so far.
· Mr. Crespo has been delivering candy with his candy cart for i-Ready challenge winners.
· Honor Roll Assembly for the first quarter will be held tomorrow on 12/16/21 for students only.
· Ms. Brunson's students won first place for the Innovate Challenge.
· Elementary school students visited Country Club for articulation.
· There will be a Magnet Fair on January 6th for parents to attend and see the different classes offered at Country Club.
· Mid-Year testing will begin in January.
· i-Ready AP2 testing will also begin in January.
· Country Club had a Winter Concert with Dr. Uban's band students.
· 8th grade students went on two field trips this week for high school articulation to Barbara Goleman and American Senior High.
· Miami-Dade College will host a Science Night on January 19th.
· Winter Break academy will be held during the first four days of Winter Break.
· ESOL tutoring will begin in January.
· Country Club will hold a FSA Parent Night via Zoom for parents to ask questions about the assessments on January 26th.


Title 1 Updates:

· The budget change was not made to increase money available for supplies.

SIP Updates:

· The School Improvement Plan will not be updated until we have the data from the Mid-Year Assessments.

Teacher Updates:

· Dr. Brinas: Students are excited about the candy cart and students are completing their i-Ready.

Student Updates:

· No student updates.

Parent Updates:

· No parent updates.

New Business:

· Ms. Rodriguez motions and Ms. Albert seconds to use the 2016 Florida Recognition money for supplies.
· Attendance boundaries were changed, however Country Club was not affected.

Community Updates:

Students continue to wear masks and parents are being requested to provide students with masks if they choose to wear one.
