II. Call to Order
Ms. Ana Alamo, EESCA Chairperson, called the EESAC Committee meeting to order at 2:30pm on April 7, 2026, at International Studies Preparatory Academy at Gables (ISPA).

IV. Approval of Minutes from April 7, 2026
- Ms. Martinez made a motion to approve the minutes, and Ms. Torres seconded the motion.
- Minutes from April 7, 2026, were approved unanimously.

V. School Improvement Plan Review 2026-2027
- Data-based decisions continue to be made to ensure the highest level of proficiency.
- Afterschool and Saturday tutoring is being provided to students.

VI. Official Start Time and End Time for 2026-2027
- Dr. Blanco presented the proposed start and end times for the 2026-2027 school year.
- A survey sent by the district asking for considerations was filled out. ISPA will be sticking to the standard district time.
- Teachers were informed at the last faculty meeting, which took place on April 1, 2026. Teachers were in agreeance to continue with standard district time.
- PTSA members present at the EESAC meeting also voiced their approval to keep the time as is.

VII. PTSA Update
- This past Saturday, April 4, 2026 the PTSA had their annual Bazaar.
- Many community vendors participated.
- It was a great turnout.

VIII. New Business
- There was no new business to discuss.

IX. Adjournment
- Mr. Luis moved to adjourn the meeting and Ms. Cardenas seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 3:20pm.
