II. Call to Order
Ms. Ana Alamo, EESCA Chairperson, called the EESAC Committee meeting to order at 2:30pm on May 13, 2026, at International Studies Preparatory Academy at Gables (ISPA).

IV. Approval of Minutes from April 7, 2026
- Mr. Taracido made a motion to approve the minutes, and Mr. Taracido seconded the motion.
- Minutes from April 7, 2026 were approved unanimously.

V. School Improvement Plan 2025-2065
- The SIP is in its last phase. It was given to all departments for suggestions and will be finalized by June 3, 2026.
- Cultural and academic goals are based on data from 2024-2025. Academic reflections will be based on current mid-year data. We will continue to improve upon School Culture at ISPA.
- Ms. Ledo made a motion to approve the 2025-2026 SIP once reflections have been completed, and Mr. Luis seconded the motion.
- Motion was approved unanimously.
- EESAC End-of-Year Assurance checklist was reviewed and signed by the required members.

VI. End of Year Activities
- On Saturday, May 16, 2026, ISPA will have its New Student Orientation for incoming ISPA students at 9:00 AM.
- ISPA's End of Year Awards Ceremony was held yesterday, May 12, 2026, in Miami Senior High School's auditorium.
- It was a wonderful ceremony celebrating our students' accomplishments.
- Graduation will be at the Adrienne Arsht Center Knight Concert Hall on May 27, 2026 at noon..

VII. General Information
- No general information was presented or discussed.

VIII. PTSA Update
- PTSA will be selling uniforms and recruiting new members at the New Student Orientation meeting.
- The organizations IIPA, SIPA, and FIPA will also be at the New Student Orientation. They will be providing new parents with information on their individual organizations.

IX. New Business
- No new business was discussed.

X. Adjournment
- Ms. Lancis moved to adjourn the meeting and Ms. Torres seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 3:30pm.
