Overview
The Office of Performance
Improvement (OPI) is an office which carries out goals and objectives
directly related to the goals and objectives of the Office of
Accountability and System-wide performance (ASP) which, in turn,
supports the District’s goals. Specifically, OPI is working to assist
in the system-wide alignment of performance, to facilitate the work of
cross-functional teams as they address various issues, and to
disseminate ASP services and products via multi-faceted means.
